Unlike war spending, doesn't increased entitlement spending lead to structural deficits that never go away?

Is the critical element to the successful implementation of OBAMA & PELOSI’s Cloward-Piven strategy that we get passed silly spending on wars which have little long term effect on congressional budgets and ENACT HUGE ENTITLEMENT INCREASES THAT TAX-PAYERS WILL BE STUCK WITH FOREVER, LIMITING ANY CHANCE OF GOVERNMENT RE-INVESTMENT THAT COULD ALLOW FOR ANY REGROWTH OF CAPITALIST SYSTEMS, i.e. we the majority are forever stuck with Marxist government, and dependent on government handouts for all our needs.
